The Austin Animal Center is a no-kill shelter in Austin, Texas. They have a running 95% home-placement rate and work hard to give all animals that come through their doors a chance at a long and happy life.
While many dogs are dropped off at shelters due to “behavioral issues,” the real culprit is usually a lack of resources or miscommunication between human and pup. Every Dog Behavior Training believes all pet owners should have access to professional, ethical dog training and behavioral support. They offer private and group classes and free webinars to help humans and their four-legged companions better communicate and coexist.
